All except the Nemesis has 3-speed...which unless you going to run mostly in a wide open space, you won't need. the only part I had to replace was the steering drag link that I replaced with the aluminum version from neweramodels.com. Oh....and the steering servo I bumped up to a JR with 320oz torque.

yep, all genny's have a 3 spd wtih reverse. And the steering servo is a 10 KG servo, but it just can't handle a 17 lb truck.

You may want one extra set of A arms. Thats all I've broken on my genny so far though

One thing you don't want to do too often is put the truck into forward or reverse while the truck is moving in the opposite direction. I shattered the slide selector in my Genny and the peices broke teeth on 3 cogs inside the tranny. It wasn't that expensive to rebuild but put the truck out of action for a couple of weeks. What I've done is bought a couple of transmissions on E-Bay, they can go quite cheap.

( by mistake you understand) But My gennyle is still cranking even after commiting the same mistake with it.

True words though. Highly Recommend stoping before going into Reverse

What is the model number for the JR servo?

Already got the alum. upper and lower a arms, hubs, and knuckles, and 3 air filters, spare new tranny, and the MX3 radio.....So off to go start of parts and ups....

Almost bought the supercharger for it....but it looks like its more for show than any go.....more of a ram air effect than anything...I dont see how it would ever make any "boost"
