I took my funfactor out today and got half way through the tank and then it started to bog down I tried giving it more throttle then full throttle and it went about 3 mph. What could the problem be?

Does the truck roll freely on the ground if you push it with the motor off? If not, I would say you have something binding up. If it does roll freely, I would reset the motor to the factory setting and retune. Did you happen to get a temp on the motor to see if it was really hot or really cool when it bogged down?
Also, check your fuel system for clogs. Rinse out your tank and your fuel filter. If you have been driving in dusty environment, it wouldn't hurt to remove the carb and clean it out real good.

hey dude you might have a rock jammed between the clutch bell and brake disk. That happened to me. I was driving around and my truck shut off. I thought it was out of gas and checked it had a half tank. Started it back up and gave it full throttle and it didn't move no more than 2mph. Here there was a rock jammed got the rock out and it still didn't move. Checked it again and found out that my brake disk was bent. so check that stuff out.

I just torn my back end off and it is the screws that hold my brake disc, shoes, and pads. The bottom screw was tighten up by itself. Looks like I need to use some thread lock there lol. I was in a hurry with putting it back to together after I made the brake seat and disc upgrade. I have been out of commisisson for a month now and wanted to get back on the road in a hurry. Sorry for the bother it was my foolishness
