Default Un-contolable flooding

My cen mt2 is flooding alot, i have leaned it out over 1/2 of a turn from 2 1/4 turns from flush and it still floods all the time. The engine will start the first pull and then will stall, i take the glow plug out and the fuel just runs out of the piston.I have tried to email CEN over 10 times over this problrem with no responce! Does any one have any idea what is wrong?

Thanks

hi pal ,if the engine is getting flood you will now wen you try accelerate the engine will bog,but the best way is first HSN 3 turns from close- and if your carb has 3 needle settin follow this ,if you opend the msn you shoud close the Lsn but don go with the number.i recoment that tune the carb by looking the closing part of the carb.if you could tell me what kind of carb you have i then could tell you how to tune your engine.

Have you checked your exhaust pipe to see if it is plugged or restricted?
You might also need to change your glow plug.

Recommending settting
Top: 3 turns out
Bottom: Flush – 1 turn in
Idle: 1mm gap

Usually if the engine is flooded, it will be hard to pull and it wont start. So i would recommend you take your engine apart and inspect it if the above setting doesnt work. Give us a call if you need assistance. 714-792-1923 Thanks
