I am wondering if there are any tires that fit the 55 series wheels or do I have to get an adptor

i think you have to use a 23mm adaptor or you are out of luck there

I don't know of any tires that fit those 55 series wheels. I think there was a thread about that topic that lead to this conclusion. Since it already has the 23mm hex, you can use the pro-line wheels. I've installed the 40 series on my Genesis, but removed them because I have beadlock wheels and the tires always pulls away from the wheels. So if you're going 40 series, stick to glue.

You can get addapters for the Genesis/Nemesis from new era (http://www.neweramodels.com/cgi-bin/...=&part_id=2458)that will allow you to use any wheel for the tmaxx/savage. I use these wheel and tires http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXEPB4&P=7 and have had no problems.
