So I read on the Cen forums that a .28 engine mount was being made. It has been many months sice that was posted and I have seen no engine mount for sale. I would really like to put a .28 in my nemesis and not have to get one custom machined. So Cen, any news on this?

i run a .28 its not very hard to mod it your self

Could you please explain how it's done? Also what engine do you run?

couldnt get the images any smaller its a lrp spec 2 in the truck. just cut out the center of the mount as seen in pic. line up the front of the engine with the front of the mount, cut off the rear of the mount dont touch the holes that mounts the engine to the chassie. you will need to drill 4 new threaded holes to mount the engine to the top of motor mount, or you could drill the hole and use a screw and 4 small lock nuts . you will need to widden the holes of the engine plate. just take your time and do it with a dremel and line up the gears and check it as you go. i run 17/21 on the clutch bell for more lowend since the .28 rev higher than the stock engine. take the whole complete flywheel and flywheel cone of the stock engine put a 1/8 scale cone on the .28 you may need to shim behind the cone then put the .46 cone over it along with the fly wheel assembly. (i would put the flyweel and bell on first before starting the mount. SO YOU CAN LINE IT UP AND CHECK AS YOU GO FOR REFERENCE)WELL THATS ABOUT IT
