hi,anyone got the needle update for the matrix engine,does it fix the overheating problem.i e-mail custumer service 4 time to get a reply asking them to send it to me in Greece but they told me to contact the dealer in italy.come on cen those peapol dont even speak english for all i know.cant you just put one in a tiny envelope and send to me.thanks
