hey all, i said be4 that i will post sum pics of my brand new ct5s- and here they are.
the car has radio gear installed and new rims+tyres(softer compound)
but i would firstly like to know just a few small things about the car:

1- can someone tell me the list of extras/goodies that came in the box.
2- can some1 plz send a pic of the extra gear ratio so i know what it is, cause it didnt come wit the car(see last pic-all contents of box).
3- advice on my current radio gear set-up.
4- the fuel line is touching engine head- is this normal, will it melt under heat(200+ degrees F)
5- advice on rear end set-up( parts were all stuffed and i tryed to fix up the rear camber and wheel angle).
6- Hole in the dam fuel tank(and it hasnt been used). can CEN support plz tell me *** is going on with this.

Your going to need to contact our customer service manager Ralf at the factory in the USA. So you know, we ship the cars to AU and our distributor has to change out the radio. Not sure if he missed parts when he put it back together. It is complicated and you need to contact the retailer you bought your car from in AU and the distributor and our USA factory.

That is about all the advice I can give you on the missing parts.

On the fuel line, it is silicone based, It will not melt until about 3,000 degrees. Your engine will maybe get to 275* tops.

Not sure what radio gear that is. It is not the radio that left the factory like I stated above.

There is a chance that someone ripped you man.

the car came as a artr package, and i installed the radio gear. need to be fine tuned though.
i am going to see the retailer who sold me the car, today(well thursday in aus) to tell em off about selling it too me without parts and the hole in the tank.
i probably wont be able to contact the person in usa, think of the cost to call and i dont have enough info on car, its better if the retailer contacts CEN reps in aus, and gets them to contact the guy in usa.

wen i get back from retailer, i will tell u what they said, and what they gonna do about it.

i cant call this "ralf" fella cause he nin the USAiii and im in aus, if u wanna pay for the call, then i will call him. according to the hobby store i bought it from, the cen reps in aus are all a bunch off tools and have been sending them faulty and broken part(hence y most hobby stores dont get there cars from them anymore).
but can some1 please send me pictures of this extra gear thingo, and the contents which came in the box with the car. it will really help me alot.

btw cen reps in aus have been forced to repair my cars tank and rear end members because of legal action taken against them by me and hobby stores around nsw.

i hope cen in usa is better than it is here, and from what ive heard, they defiantely are alot nicer and more helpful.
ask RALF to come down to aus and teach the cen reps a lesson or too.

hmm the cen reps are fake ! maybe.. by the way the rear setup looks correct (comparing to my ct4-s but something looks different , just follow your manuel)
i still have cen radio gear stuff and servos, wonder if its worse or better?.
that fuel tank is missing this black thing thats meant to be there!!


also if you want some extra parts and maybe advice check out h store hobbies (unless you bought this from them lol), there prices are cheaper in some things.

hey digital ninja, i had to slightly adjust the rear end and it was a bit stuffed.
i have a hitec radio gear installed in mine now, havent tried it yet because of fuel tank issue. but alot of people have changed their radio gear from stock version.

btw i did purchase the car from hstore in miranda(now caringbah). they werent the problem, they got ripped off by cen aus, who sold em car. but i called em and they have the tank and gear thingo(now know what it is-pulleys and belts), no charge. and yes they have great prices, havent found any1 who beats em yet.

where bouts are u in sydney, u must be in shire cause u know bout hstore. pm me ur location and where u drive ur ct5s, cause i gotta find a place to drive it now. street no big enough for sumtin that go ova 100km/h.

Dude- send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will make sure you get another gas tank... include images of all the stuff thats damaged and a copy of the reciept and I will force Ralf to ship it down under mate!

dont worry bout the fuel tank and gear issue. my LHS got a new tanks and the belts and pulleys for me, no charge,. i will pik em up soon. btw anyone know bout the 3 speed for this car, is it out yet?

well sadly cen stoped that project due to there mass production of other rcs, but maybe they can pull of something and maybe create it one day.
