Wanting to see if i can get a little more power out of the .46 and i was wondering what is the theory around all of the baffles and reducers in the exhuast. I know there is some power hidden in there becuase the truck is quiter than my buddy's tmax.
Has anyone had any problem with a leak around the header gasket (that thing is a b#### to put back on) even being right out of the box i could feel a little puff when pull starting and its harder than it should be to prime the fuel. I also have oil collecting on the header between that heat shield.

I run a Savage RDLogic twin chamber exhaust on my Genny.
I don't think its making any more power, but it is quieter, that's the reason why I did it.
Theoretically is should be making less power as the pipe it tuned for higher revving engines, but I'd be buggered if I can notice any detrimental difference.
As for the cooling head not sealing, I get that, but it just needs the 6 head bolt tightened now and again.
