Hello everyone,
I am new to the RC world. I have just recently purchased a GST 7.7 and so far i love it. Although, i have one problem: the breaks don't seem to work. While driving the truck, if i press up on the radio, it doesn't stop. Could anyone give me any ideas as to why this is? I am currently at work and wont be home for ~8 hours, so if you need pictures, i can't post them until this evening.
Thanks,
Magikman

i am also having this issue...by the set screws on the brake rod, i am assuming you are taking about the one that connects to the servo? also it seems like the arm that moves to apply pressure the brakes (where teh brake rod goes through and pushes) doesn't seem like it moves a lot, only a tiny amount....

okay so i think i might have fixed my braking problem...i tightened up the brake rod and setup my controler right...also i installed my hump pack, and i think thats what made most of the difference was the hump pack instead of AA batteries....i highly recommend using a hump pack....i still need to get it out on the road and see how good they are.
