If you are gonna race in a ROAR or rc pro series race, or 1 that follows their rules, go with the nemesis. The GST 7.7 is too heavy, the rules want it 13 lbs. or less.

compared to a savage what is better ofroad??... also my savage is very tuned to race but weighs a ton!!..lol, is the genisis much better, tougher, and speed??..
is there a 3 speed converstion avalible??....
can reverse be removed??.. also bigger engines??... the reason i ask is i want a project and i decided not to race it so i want a big.. no a very BIG truck that has so much punch it will be hard to follow,,, i have a £1,000 maybe £1,300 so ideas would be great... when i get back i will post my progress with it, and steps on my monster i wish to make..lol..

Hey Crash...lets get this straight...at first you wanted a BIG truck to race, and now you want a BIG truck to bash only, correct?
Unless you go petrol powered then the Nem/Gen is going to be the truck for you...from the sounds of it they are the BIGGEST BADDEST trucks out there. (Staying nitro anyway)
The other thing you could go for is a twin engined Savage.
Or the 1/6th Sav conversion [link=http://www.neweramodels.com/item.cgi?part_id=2790]HERE[/link]
Or maybe get a 1/5th HPI Baja petrol. [link=http://www.hpiracing.com/kits/kitMain.php?partNo=10600]HERE[/link]
Or this [link=https://www.trust1.com/commerce/index.asp?merchant=strongmaterial&department=FG+Of f%2DRoad&aisle=Bigfoot+500+Monster+Truck]HERE[/link]

Hey crash, if you are serious about getting MORE speed out of the nx7.7 check out the nitrous kit offered by [link=http://www.rbinnovations.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/200?osCsid=ea0d7798f1b6ca4bd9778fff5eb42f86]http://www.rbinnovations.com[/link]
I have not had the oppurtunity try this out but, its gotta work since nitrous has been used for decades in 1:1, I think a Nem/Gen/GST on nitrous would be badass!! This company also offers supercharger kits, Have not tried yet so again I can't comment on its successfullness.
Get a Nemesis or GST you wont be sorry!!!
Have fun!!

cheers dude..^^^...
the problem with them kits are they make an egine hard to tune, well almost imposible.. , they do deliver power but they make the engine run extreamly lean...
i dont no if i want to break it right away..lol, i cant seem to find a bigger engine and realy want to get one, there does not even seem like a twin engine converstion is yetr avalible, ...
i no they are powerfull as they are but i do want a power plant that will turn a few heads...lol,
if anyone else has any ideas please please say, i realy want to make this a project that at the end of the day will be a one off...
