Default Varius question about Nemesis

Hi men, i've some question for you, i need some help with my Nemmy:

1 - I want to lock the central diff, but i've tried with no luck and i broke the diff and some other things, so i want to nearly-lock it with a heavy-weight diff grease, but i don't know if 500.000, 1 million or 2 million, can you tell me? i want to maximum lock it, eliminating the stress of the real lock...

2 - Do you think that a rc solution cage will be useful?

3 - I'm starting to really bash it, so i'm starting to accumulate some replacements, and i don't know what to buy because there are so many aluminium parts that i don't know what's better! Which part have to be replaced with aluminium ones? Which are the easy-to-break parts? I was thinking to buy from hardcoretrucks, but i don't know what to buy!!

4 - I want to slow down the rear diff, which oil do i have to apply? 20.000? more?

5 - Did someone throw out the two parts inside the muffler/pipe? Is it better for you?

I use it everywhere, never track, if you need to know..

Thanks men, hope you'll reply...

Neo welcome to the boards(forum).

I can helpyou with all of your questions because I have a nemmi that I have beat the living daylights out of testing a rollcage I'm developing. First I would ask you to look at my gallery for some of my work....

1. I use a center locker after juicing it with 120,000 wt. After running with fluid I realized this truck has so much more power to offer, so I locked and have not looked back!!!

2. Not sure, I have never run one, so can't comment other than opinion, and that is,, Any protection has got to be better than no protection if your gonna beat it, unless the protection has a chance of causing the kind of damage seen below.(not my damage-an image I found online)

3. Again, see my gallery,, I have the full suspension from [link=http://www.hardcoretrucks.com/]hardcore trucks!!![/link] I love them!! great machining and strong. but they will bend(only the steel, upper turnbuckles bent), if you use the full aluminum setup. Thats why I reinstalled the plastic C-hubs, to have a flex point at the wheel. That pretty much did its no more bent arm(I think I got better driving too)

4. 120,000wt

5> yes, my baffles are gone and it seemed to make the throttle more responsive(snappy). sounds meaner too.

Also keep in mind that when you beef up one part you will leave another more vulnerable. Thus the saying " Your truck is only as strong as it's weakest link." If you bash real hard or just have a bad landing keep in mind like TRD said the metal/aluminum will bend, and some will go beyond repair. With that too, whatever plastic that is attached to the metal parts i.e. bulkheads or shock towers they will snap as well. Thus leaving you with more costly repairs. I bash my nem pretty good with it being all stock and it was great that way, only problems I had was the axles at that time but CEN fixed that right up. Good luck, and I hope you find a good solution for your needs.
