So I was getting some wicked air today (first real time jumping, and practicing landing from any decent height) around 5-6 feet or so, and landing on concrete. Yes, it's probably not the best idea, but it was fun as hell, untill I tried to do a complete flip in the air. I only got half way, and she landed full force on the front shock tower, totaling 1 front shock. The front shock tower is bent back, but I've fixed it before (but I will replace it anyhow) but I think I bent the shaft in the shock as it's visibly bent, and will no longer compress. I've been on the CEN site, and I can only find parts for the shock, not a whole assembly. I'd prefer to purchase the whole assembly instead of buying the parts. Is this possible, does anyone know? Thanks.

Hi there bent shock... I bent my shock shaft last week at the track. Bad landing off a big jump. I added enough spacers to the shock so that it doesnt compress to the point of getting to the bent part. So I can run it for now but ordered a new shock shaft. I LOVE a main hobbies. They are great and had a complete front shock assembly for the Matrix buggy for $38.00 or so. www.amainhobbies.com CHECK IT!

The ARENA shocks are the same shocks as the Matrix buggy just with stiffer springs?!?! Thats exactly what I have been looking for for my Matrix buggy!
