The Cen CT5 was my first nitro car. I know what you're thinking.....WAY TOO FAST!!!! You're right. Anyway. My dad and I took the car out to break in the engine in a parking lot. With the factory settings, if the receiver isn't on the car goes full throttle froward!! That was were my problem was!!!

What was about to happen was all my dads fault We started up the car and FORGOT TO TURN ON THE RECEIVER!!!!! The car went full speed into a curb and LIVED!!!!!!!
(At this point you are probably wondering:how would it crash into a curb at full speed and nothing happen!!!)

It crashed into a corner of the curb which just happen to have a pile of dirt piled up!!! The cart actually used the dirt to launch off the curb and onto the grass BEHIND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now slowly getting better at driving this speed demon. I can now control it well up to 60mph. Not too bad

First day I ever ran my Matrix RTR buggy after break in one of the batts in the receiver popped out of the holder and the car went whizzing by me at full tilt and hit a curb dead on. I wasnt as lucky as you. There was a good amount of breakage adn bendage. Thats OK, I considered it a good lesson to learn. Your CT5 sounds super fun. Have fun, enjoy!

When my throttle servo on my Nemesis burned it locked at full throttle and hit a curb and shot straight up in the air and landed on the roof and and the engine raced wide open. since it was dark I couldn't just reach in to pinch the fuel line, so it screamed until my wife got the flashlight, when she ran up with it the engine ran out of fuel in the line. The crazy part was there was NO damage(except the burnt servo, of course) and the engine fired right back up!!! The best RC vehicle I have ever owned!!!

Wow! That's pretty convenient the way that it landed.
