Worried about parts support? RC vehicles are exposed to curbs that come outvof nowhere, 20 foot high ramps, and just plain crazy driving, and it’s a wonder they survive these crashes most of the time. But for the unfortunate time that they don’t, CEN has you covered! CEN Racing is announcing an industry first, by guaranteeing the parts you need when you need them. This means if the part /s you need are backordered by us, then when CEN gets the part back in stock, you get that part /s FREE!!
-Terms and Conditions:
- The part(s) must be a production item already available in the market for a vehicle still in production.
- Quantity of guaranteed parts are limited to the equal quantity on the vehicle. For example, CEN would only supply 1x front shock tower per vehicle.
- Proof of ownership regarding your vehicle via photo or barcode must be received/verified before guaranteed parts can be released.
- Guaranteed parts support program only include all stock replacement parts. Upgrades and other optional items are excluded.

I saw this yesterday on your site. Thats really nice of you guys. I was actually about to order some exhaust seals for for my NX 76, they keep ripping.

That's great...I wish Tamiya did that...my Tnx has been sitting on the shelf for almost a year becuse of a $10 part that has been on back order. Cen with a another industry first....way to go CEN[8D]

So I send in my TNX and CEN sends me a credit to make a purchase at the LHS or do I have to purchase the vehicle direct through CEN. I downloaded the trade in form but the format is a little complicated.

you send in the car to us and that form then you send us your credit info we can call you for that and we send you the new car directly from us

let me just say WOW. I was looking at the cen special programs. The parts gurantee is awsome and at first i thought soilwork was joking about about trading in the rc's. Those are some great deals. I have a nemesis i am buying used it is comming to me now. I might even get a truggy sometime and trade in my tower hobbies st-15. Whats even better is my LHS stocks cen stuff. Just wanted to say thanks to CEN!
