Hey All,
Today I took off my cooling head on my GST 7.7 cause I cracked a few cooling fins, I replaced it with a stock cooling head. I was in kind of a hurry and slapped it on, making sure the notch and gasket were centered. When I went to take it out for a run, I used to the roto start as I usually do and the piston seems to be stuck BDC. I cracked the glow plug loose and tried it (no luck), I even took the glow plug and gasket out and tried it and it wouldnt budge. Any tips? Did I forget too do something during the replacement process? I have never replaced a cooling head and thought it was something fairly straight forward (guess not..lol). Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
