Default Steering servo upgrade

Before deciding on which servo to use for my steering upgrade, I wanted to poll the brain trust and see what everyone suggests. Any thoughts?

I just realized that I neglected to say which truck I have. I am trying to upgrade a GST 7.7.

I replaced the steering and throttle/brake servos with this one http://www.hitecrcd.com/servos/show?name=HS-5645MG and the shift servo with http://www.hitecrcd.com/servos/show?name=HS-5475HB . They have performed flawlessly and were a huge step up from the stock servos.

The Best Servo For A Single Steering Servo Setup Is The HS5955MG, Rated @ 330oz-6v and the metal gears will help battle the stripped servo gear syndrom that plagues all trucks this size!!

Yup, the 5955 is a perfect servo for steering. AI have it in my truggy and it works great. It an turn the wheels lock-lock on carpet..it's a beast!
It's not only super strong, it's fast, too.

You know guys, I don't mean to hijack this thread.. But I don't have any issues with the stock steering servo. Maybe its my driving style, but it'll steer on carpet. I don't need any more then that. I guess there are some people that need it.

I could not locate the HS5955MG. However I did find a HS-5955TG. Was this a typo?

Im there with you on that.I just replaced the ones on my NEMESIS with the stock ones.My only complaint with the stock is they dont last long, but they work out good for me because I only run seasonal here in the southeast due to waether,so one set of stock servos will last me through one season.Today will be the first day back running my NEMESIS after the off season.I know some of you guys may need better servos for extreme driving but just for a little fun,the stockers do good for 3to4 months.
