GST 2nd and 3rd shift adjustment.
OK I just got my buddy's GST from him for like 100 bucks
. What is the method for adjusting the 2nd and 3rd shift? i know there is 2 set screws one black one shinny, and you have to adjust them evenly. But which way? how many turns Out or in?? Also.... Is anyone using a different motor like an OS? and if so what do i need to change over. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

RE: GST 2nd and 3rd shift adjustment.
you can download the service manual at cen .com but i do beleive 2nd gear is 5-1/2 and 3rd is aprox 7 i got mine about 8 or 9 and the thing still will not shift into 3rd gear even after i installed a supercharger and i am getting pissed it keeps up with all trucks untill 2nd weinds out and they all blow me away.
