hey huge thanks to all you guys above, thanks so much for all of your support, I wish CEN offered even half of the support you guys do, then I wouldn't have this problem anymore, it would be fixed. You have all brought a smile to my face thank you.

Yes i am really disappointed with Cen so far, I have not given up on them yet, but yeah....... what can I say. I was brought up not to go round running people down, you know that ol' saying, "if you haven't got anything nice to say don't say anything at all" So I there isn't much a can say about Cen right now.

But like I said above, THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO YOU GUYS IN HERE, [sm=thumbup.gif][sm=regular_smile.gif]

I am committed. I have publically stated things that cannot be taken back. I will see this thru HG. I never thought I would have to go to these lengths with CEN, but,, I think CEN needs some help here!!

HG I had a small twitching problem with my DSX system, but I'll send you the reciever when my new setup comes if you think it will help. Least I could do for anyone from all the help I've gotten here. If you do, pm me and I'll set something up after my new one's here.

[edit]

I'm a fool, when I flipped the crystals it took the problem away. I'll send the crystals also.

CEN Racing takes pride in its service and support. We had agents stay after hour just to make contact calls to Australia on this issue.

CEN Racing sent a Airtronics MX3 FM radio set to this customer weeks ago, no question asked,..... Our support has been there throughout

The customer was having problems with the CEN radio, Airtroncis MX3 Radio, even Traxxas Radio with mixed match Hi-Tec servos/CEN servos.

We noticed that this customer's battery pack was ziptied to the shock tower with servo/battery/reciver wires hanging out and un-orgainzed which could be the main cause. This type of "electronical problems" represented in this case. was when they would touch metal to the motor while the motor was running and glitches from removing and inserting ingnitor- metal to metal will do this all the time.

We already eliminated the possiblity of defective radio/servo with the agreement of this owner in this case. Of course, we are still trying to determine the possible cause of her GST but its difficult when we dont have it with us.

HG Go through all your wires and look for needle holes. Heat shrink, tape or replace any broken wires and zip tie out of the way. If need be put some tape where wires might rub metal.

When you put your antena through the tube did you have to twist it to make it all the way through? Pinch anything when you closed a box lid?

IN FUTURE I WILL POST EVERYTHING ON HERE INSTEAD OF BEING DISCRET, IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?

nothing.. i was just trying to be funny. sorry

It seems like eveyrone trying to blame the CEN electroncis but the combination is airtroncis and hi-tech, not CEN. I use airtronics with CEN Servo on my genesis and doesnt have problem at all.

Cen:

My bad on the above post, I appologize that I spoke too soon, thankyou for responding. We all know that you sent Harley new radio equipment, but apparently this didnt resolve her problem. Perhaps we can all work together to fix the problems with Harleys truck, it seems that a steady line of communication needs to be established, not just an email every once in a while.

Harley:

Just so we can clarify here, I know this has been gone over before, but Harley, do you have the same problem with all of the Cen servos installed and the new MX3 radio gear Cen provided, no Hitec or try just unplugging the Hitec servo, do you still get glitching from the other two servos?

hi Fastxr, yes same problem with hitec unplugged. sorry guys, you don't know the extent of all the tests I have done to this truck with the help of a couple of the forum members, who have devoted a lot of their time to this as well. Cen sent a MX Sport, not an MX3 as they have stated above.

I have sent dozens of emails, communication is not a problem at my end. I have tried to be descret and keep most of it off forum.

I just joined this forum to let everyone know what happened to me on the CEN site.

not sure if you guys had a chance to read my 2 posts and RCveteran's posts which were negative before they were edited..

anyway when I got home I saw that my posts were edited so I wrote another post which was:

Obviously CEN doesnt want bad feed back on their forum to

the reason my posts were edited was because it was true!

I have an idea... I'm going to "delete" my home loan of my direct debit on my account

This posts above was completely removed within 20 mins!!!

CEN's behaviour is like a dodgy 2-bit company... Iam totally in shock with the way they deal with things.
