hi, i am looking to upgrade my nitro motor and i want to go big, so the biggest motor i can find is the cen 7.7, so what do yall think about it? how is its power and reliablity? just so you know it will be fitted to a dragged out revo that runs in an unlimited motor drag class, any input will be appreciated. thanks

get a picco .28 and have a stage 3 drag mod job done on it. There's a guy floating around these forums that has a website. he charges about $100 these engines are crazy with power when he is done with them. I think the website is abmod or abmods

i think you are talking about ebmods, and i want to do the same thing with the 7.7, the picco and the os motors in the .28 are both rated at about 3.0 hp, while the 7.7 is rated at around 5.0, so with the stage 3 mod done it should be very very powerful and more then able to move the truck down the track

i run a Thunder tiger PRO-50 on my Genesis. It puts out 6hp. and it is a really reliable engine.

i think you would be better of with a .28! you got to remeber that the .46 doesn`t rev that high, but it does have huge amounts of torque!
