Looks to me like it's over heating and causing stress fractures. Is ur drive train binding up at all? Maybe a broken spring is making it slip making all that heat. Could even be the mess is to tight...

When you change the Clutchbell do you change the pinions too??
And have you had the clutch shoes off since you owned this truck??
Will also need a CLEAR picture of the Clutch Pack too, looking straight on to it
I'm pretty sure what caused that, but we will need to rule out other things first

no the clutches i have been buying come complete with the gears... the very first one i bought from cen didnt but the gears came right off the best i can remeber

well i will have to remove the eng again... but i will for you i dont think they r backwards because i look at the book ... but i will be back with some pics in moring

ok Jamie, without seeing the old shoes and the pics are not the clearest, I can say I dont see anything obvious. I was hoping to seer the old shoes, but maybe you can tell me, did they seem to have the exact same wear patterns??

yes they did seem to look the same as new ones ill have a pic of them tomorrow .. i havent drove the truck with this clutch bell on it hoping you could tell me something ??????/

Your not, I think your flywheel might drilled just a bit off center, so the pins are not quite centered properly. So here it what I suggest, order a new flywheel from eBay, install it with a new set of shoes and springs, then run it like normal and pay close attention to the clutchbell to see if it gets hot. I have seen this happen 2 other times with 2 other clients.
