Are nemesis and GST diffs the same other than the housing?Is it possible for me to transfer the internals of the GST diffs into nemesis aluminium housing?

No, the output bearings are different sizes. However the GST came with the bulkeads from the Nemesis, thats why there are spacers between the diff housing and bulkhead. You can install the Aluminum Nemesis Diff housing without having to change the bulkheads.
