Ijust ordered a GST 7.7, I was wondering what I would need for this truck because I am returning to the RC world. I dont have any tools, fuel or battery cell for this car. If you guys can reccomend the most ideal fuel to use and battery cell to buy also what type of tools i will need or if there are any sets to buy which would you reccomend?? I want to pre order everything so if will arrive near the time I get the car. Also I wanted to know if I should order the OFNAfuel filter primer pump ahead of time or should i break in the car first??? I know I will need afterrun oil, what other oil or grease and things of that nature would i need??? What is the best way of breaking in this engine? And how should I tune this engine, any other parts of the car I should tune right when I get it out of the box?? Also how do i charge the receiver battery cell how does that work? Or what kind of charger do i need?
Anyones ones input would be much appreciated, The more information i can get the better I will feel when i get my truck. Thank You very much!

Hello fellow gst owner. you dont need a battery cell unless you are going to use the roto starter. at first you wont be using the roto starter so you dont need it. instead get some gloves and a extra few pull starts. you will go through them because the compresson of the engine is so tight and new. i went through them. now i dont have to but its always good to have an extra one of those. fuel i am using odonnels 20%. did you buy the cen starter pack? it comes with the glow starter, fuel bottle etc etc? if not then you will need to get a stater pack that consists of the glow charger, glow plug ignightor, the allen wrench. get the ofna fuel filter its always good to have right from the start. break in should be done as the directions tell you how to break it in.

The GST comes with the starter pack. It did when I 'Had' mine. Listen to what chris says. Get Gloves! Your hands will thank you. The primer pump is a good upgrade as well as a 5 cell reciver pack. The AA batteries are not very good, dont provide enough voltage, so a 5 cell reciver pack is a good upgrade.
And Im sorry that no one helped you for awhile. The CEN section does not get looked at that much anymore. IMO CEN is losing their customers.
