Have seen that somebody is recomending differential oil instead of locking the diff with the Diff-Lock.
Are all the diffs ready to be filled with diff oil "as they are" or am i forced to mod them?
How much oil is needed to fill up the diffs, and what wt do you recomend, i'm located in Norway, and ATM i can find Diff oil up to 300k.
Thnx

Just locked my diff. Haven't driven it much. I don't know if it will cause much wear or not. Is this why your opting for thick diff oil instead of the lock?

I've tried it with the Diff lock and also with some 500k oil.
For just "Bashing" I much prefer the Diff lock. The Diff didn't leak any oil and I ran it "as is".
