Default Beginner and 3D pushrod lengths

I am rebuilding my hawk after a crash, and was thinking of setting the push rod length's to the 3D setup so that in the future I wouldnt have to do it if I desired to change my radio progaming for inverted flight. So what I was wondering is if this will change the characteristic's I am used to as far as stability. Also I have the Anti-rotation bracket which I read somewhere could limit your fore-aft cyclic when at max pitches is there any truth to that.
Thanx in advance
Steve
