century next generation

has anyone built the next generation heli and had problems with clutch and gear meshing?

Are you asking about the 50 size or the predator 90 or gasser heli

There are three NX50's at our club and no problem with gear mesh during assembly. They are great helis.

No gear mesh problems on my NX50. the drive is also 100% identical to the original Raven 50.

re-check the assembly of the one way shaft that has the pinion on it and make sure you have the 4 brass washers in the correct spots.

make sure your engine is not sitting so low the clutch rubs on the gray gear, and not high enough for the fan to hit the shroud.
