Rafa,
the plans also have no scale or specs on them. Can you measure them and tell us what the half wing span is along the TE? Also, the stab span along the TE as well as the fuse length along the thrust line from the front of the nose ring to the back of the rudder would be helpful.
As a means to confirm, these are the dimensions I measure off the PDF plans:
Half Wing Span = 24.43"
Stab Span = 17.75"
Fuse Length = 35.60"
Thanks, David.

I remember posting a set of plans for the intruder and adding a scale to the drawing. This drawing does reference some of the sq balsa pieces used in the build.

I did a little dimensional analysis based on the assumption that the PDF file is to scale (which it should).
I added some specs to the plan along with a scale. This should help to reconstruct the templates shown on the plans to produce the formers and such. The fuse side should be easy to produce by tracing on the plan - probably better than tracing the template and scaling up.
Rafa, if you could trace the formers and "die cut" pieces shown on the templates in addition to the ribs, that would be helpful.
The annotated plan is posted below - now about 3.5 MB.
David.
