Hey Guys!

Does anybody know if Ron Chidgey's "Scratch Builder Warehouse" is still in operation? I tried the website, scratchbuilderwarehouse.com and nothing comes up. I also googled it several different ways and no hits. Anybody have any insights?

Hey Rick,

I noticed that too. It's been a while now. I hope it's nothing and it's just a temporary set back.

Thanks for yor PM's. I'll get back to you soon.

David

I have a feeling that he just shut down, an unfortunate fact of life in this hobby for small suppliers. I personally like to use "Cottage Industry" suppliers whenever I can, as they usually have the stuff that no one else can supply.

I hope that Ron sees this and knows that there are those of us still in his corner!

I look forward to some PM responses David!

I visited with Ron in Pensacola this summer and he said that he was thinking about closing the website down then.  He said the business just wasn't there. Ron was doing fine and we had a nice visit, he said that he didn't get out to the flying field as often as he wanted.

Glad I picked up a TT4 last time I went looking at his site a year or so ago when I got interested in CPA
