Where do I start? Who ever did this site needs to be fired.
Blog link goes to nowhere
Photos link is dead
List price and our price are identical
Missing product photos
Shipping link is dead
Logo is cartoonish
$300 for a .60 size kit?
and on and on

TampaRC,
A little harsh I would say. You need to keep in mind that this site is pretty new, so the blog and photos are probably empty. Regarding the price, it might be a little steep but you need to keep in mind that each kit is made individually: think about how much time it would take you to do the fuselage layup and cut the cores. If you go through the old issues of the K-factor, you will notice the the current prices are not different from those of 20 years ago; however, a dollar is not worth nowadays what it was worth 20 years ago.
At any rate, I purchased a Summit 120 kit and I am pretty happy with it. It will not be an easy build but it should be fun.

Although I tend to be lenient when new commercial web sites are launched, I have to agree with Tampa here. If a web site is not over 90% functional, it should not be launched. Personally, I prefer simply having a contact name and number than visiting a site which becomes very quickly evident that it's not finished. If links are provided, they should work. If photos are planned, they should be there. Content like blog exchanges need not necessarily be there since the blog is new but the link should work and the blog infrastructure should be there along with a simple message from the operators. There is nothing more frustrating than visiting a site which appears "broken" and it tends to quickly turn off customers as is already evident.
Having been in the IT business a while back and having been responsible for a handful of sites, the rules were very quickly explained to me - if it ain't ready for prime time, don't broadcast it!
Indeed non commercial sites which, by their nature, are allowed more tolerance, are often much better developed and programmed than commercial ones; a perfect example of this is the NECPO site; well done before being launched. But like Tampa alludes, this is up to the discretion of the owners and the programming capabilities of the developer.
I'd personally take it down, get it fixed and launched when ready. With that said, I'm sure that the owners of RC City don't conduct model production in the same fashion. Not everyone loves the net or today's "presence" requirements. I may be the first among them but then they say it is best to embrace one's talents or skills despite how you may feel about some of them...

yep.... quality is a big plus as Jim is using all his original molds and with years and years of experience in layup and a wealth of information from a true master. Plus he is only a phone call away for help. I would rather have the quality in the planes ! As he is doing the website himself and learning as he goes.

However if you have comments please do it by pm.I do not want to start a p______ contest, but would rather fix the problems that arise.I knew the site was not complete, just didn’t know what items were wrong or didn’t work. That said Thanks again for the comments allowing me to provide a better web site.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt"></div>Jim Graham

Hey Jim, I'm not going to side with anyone Because we are in this together and I look at each poster as a friend. What I want to say is, good work!. Maybe it ain't perfect, but it's up. We know it's just going to get better as time goes on.
It's good to have you back.

One frustration I have with all the small kit manufacturers websites is the lack of photos of the actual kit contents. I'd like to see what I'm buying. Some current pics of a finished kit or even in the bones would be extra special!

Thanks for the comments. Next time you go to the site, select a kit and when you are at the next page select Tech Discription. I will see if there is not a easy way to get there.

Well, today has been a busy day. I have added photos of the sero mounts, and fuel dots. Plus I believe that I have found a way to add pictures of the kit contents. Sould have one done by tommorow.

Fantastic!! Very nice and I'm sure it will continue to evolve...I'm especially excited about the R/C City hardware section!! I have always liked the R/C City stuff in the past and always looked specifically for those packages on the hobby shop wall...Very glad to see your up and running again!!
I'm pretty much at maximum capacity with kits however there are still a couple I would like to have...[8D]
