He's got a contest coming up in June and needs a NIB or nearly new HB 61 replacement for this model.
Anyone got one? Know of someone that has one? Any help is appreciated.

I have a nearly new one. Ran it a few times on an arf when i got back in the hobby. It is a great running engine. Let me take a look at it today but pm me your address and i will send it your way.

Interesting, a Class II competitor!
Can you show us some photographs of such a contest and/or his plane ?
Just finished some radio sets for Class II (four channel supperregen) and Cass I (one channel superregen).
So Class II is of high interests, also because of my memories of the past.
Still I have two HB's of the past, worn out pistons and liners, but crankcases and shafts are there and ok.
