You guy's need to look at the FIRE 46 from Nova Rossi !! I'm sure that would make a real good small Pattern mota..

Dave.
Is this Nova/Rossi FIRE 46 a current engine?? I can't find any info...Can you post a link!!
The Plylon 46engine was actually developed from the marine model. The guys at Planehtobby worked with Novarossi and marine guys from the coast to develop the engine and get the timing correct, the pylon is simlar to marine requirements with respect to rpm's. Here is their version. www.planethobby.com/collections/pylon-46/products/pylon-46. I always wished Henry Nelson would have made a .46.

PH is actually $210.00, but I see your point. I can get a hat if I spend more. Now I've got to go to work...and make more money...to buy more toys

Brian,

from what I hear, you're going to love your new Nova Rossi's. The 46 sounds like even more of a beast than the 61's.

Great engine to put into a little Escape! Just scale it down a tad and use the same canopy. The DB40 and 60 use the same canopy so no reason the Escape shouldn't...

Hello Dave I've been looking at this engine for awhile. What kind of spped are you getting from this motor? and can you prop it down to a 9x10 prop?
