Don,

I have the original molds for the Summit III and Summit 120. Look for production to start in the near future.

Don,

I have a kit for the Summit III 120 which I am not sure that I will put together. I was going to pull it out of the box this weekend to take a look at it and make a decision as to whether I should keep it or sell it. I bought the kit new about 2 years ago from RC City as they were starting up production once again. My intent was to build it as an electric plane and a tail drager to boot (heresy I know).

Again, I am somewhat on the fence regarding the kit, but if you are interested, let me know.

Don

I have the molds completed for the Summit III and I will be Selling kits for it as soon as I get caught up with the orders on the books. I just had surgery and I am recovering well. Almost back up to speed but it will probably be a couple more weeks. I have about 14 orders for the Summit III that are prepaid now @ $295.00 and the Carbon Fiber Wing tubes are included.

So So sorry- meant Summit II.

He already has two Summit III's but wants a Summit II. I remember this plane because it had a bit of a longer tail moment and larger eliptical rudder (if my memory serves correctly)

Best regards,
Don

Thanks for all the leads. He happily has found a Summit II fuselage and hardware kit and is moving ahead to complete the build.

Don,

very cool!

Do you have pictures and/or specs of each of these versions so we can compare them?

I always liked the III and am somewhat familiar with the I but don't know what the II looks like.

Nothing quite like quoting oneself!

I found some shots of the Summit III (kit and Ivan's model I believe) so I thought I'd post them.

Anyone else have some model shots? Summit I & II anyone?

David

Absolutely. We usually refer to it as repeating ourselves...
