Default Bob Klineyoung's Phantom I

Has anyone built and flown this plane? I like the looks of it but haven't seen much on it's flying characteristics. Any help would be appreciated.

Carl,

do you have a picture or a snap of the plans of the model?

Over the years there have been quite a few Phantoms used in SPA contest, most recently by the Nesslers (John Jr, Eric, and John III). Also Bruce underwood flew on efor years (before it went to Eric Nessler). The ones that i have seen have all been powered by OS 91 four strokes. They have racked up an impressive list of wins on the circuit.

This is Bruce Underwood/Eric Nessler's Phantom 1 that Jeff mentioned above with OS 91 Surpass II power.

I saw on Eureka's website that if you wanted a Phantom for a 91FS they sold a kit that stretched the fuse out 2" to accomodate it. I'm going to put one on my build list but build it as a trike with a .60 on it. I just like that look.
