2018 classic pattern get-together
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Riverside Radio Control Club, in conjunction with the Classic Pattern Association and the Vintage Radio Control Society are pleased to present the 2018 Classic Pattern Get Together!
The date is Saturday, June 9th at Perris Airfield, Perris , Ca. The CPGT is a fun, no pressure gathering of classic pattern and vintage r/c aircraft. This is NOT a contest. Come out and join us for the premier classic pattern event on the west coast. Hang out with your old friends, and make new friends too! Everyone is welcome!
If you don't have a "bonafide" classic, don't worry- bring what you have. This event is about inclusion. Bring a sack lunch. We will have water available, and it is advisable to bring sunscreen and maybe a chair. There is shade at the field, and a porta-potty, not much else. But it has the most important ingredient- wide open space to warp space and time with your favorite aircraft.
Need help with trim? Or learning a maneuver or pattern? There will be experienced pilots on hand to help out. Just want to hang out, or static display your model? Come on out! Entry fee is still only $10, with all proceeds going to the Riverside club.
