I have a copy of the plans and a copy of the wing ribs that someone drew for me. It was way before my time (late 60's?) but the plane had a twin tail (like a B-25). It was a low wing pattern plane that looks similar to the old Sig Simco. The fuselages look exactly the same except at the wing's trailing edge where the Stratus stays wider than the Simco. It also has a funnly little windscreen on top, kind of and open cockpit look. The wings look similar as well with the Stratus being a little bit shorter. I don't have any idea how they fly or buidling tips though. Maybe someone out there had one? Let me know if you need a copy of the plans.
