Default Ok, what will it go for?

This is getting almost as absurd as the vintage guitar market:

Maybe I should sell and not build the old Omega 60 kit (distributed by Golden Gate Hobbies)that I have been contemplating taking down from the shelf. Seriously, it is interesting to watch some of these sales.

For some reason, the Curare has a "collectible" aura about it. I would seriously be afraid to start building this kit as it would degrade the "value"!

Man, I miss Golden Gate Hobbies- they had all the cool pattern stuff. I wish I could find a Tx case like the one they sold[]
The Omega was neat, but never saw one where I was flying but saw many, many Atlanta's. I had their Dash-5 wood kit, was a great airplane.

This only works on popular models that people have actually heard of before. <G>

If I had the kit, I would copy it and then run off copies of the plans. Rebox it and then resell it.
