Superfection Info?

I have searched the forums, but can only come up with the detail that the Superfection is a scaled up Deception. Does anybody have more info on this plane? How much it was scaled, designer/creator, pictures, etc.?
Thanks,
Mark

Mark,
I used to have a good friend who flew a Superception.... and I can tell you it was not a scaled up Deception. From what I remember there were changes in the airfoil and wing design coupled with a lengthened fuselage and a change in stab position. Don't know if I can get hold of that guy.. but I'll give it a shot and see if I can't get you some better info.... but.. I can tell you this.. the Atlanta flew better.

Anyone know if the Superfection was the final development of the Perfection (1967) and the III Perfection (1970) by William E Thomas or something completely different from another designer.

I posted a question some time ago about the Superfection and the Warlock. Didn't get much of a response....they weren't as popular as the Birdies, Mach I, etc. The lines of the Superfection were just beautiful....always wanted to build one. If anyone has a line on a set of plans it would really be appreciated. To my knowledge, the Superfection and the Deception were two completely different designs.
