The MACs muffled tuned pipe or "quiet pipe" are acceptable and still available.
If you can find one, a Hatori #650 will be outstanding and offer better performance. We did back to back tests in the late 80's and the Hatori was indeed superior. My piped 61SFs were best with an APC 12-10
