RE: Sun Fly 5 plans?
ebay!
I had the Kit at one time and if I recall it doesn't give the ribs on the plans just the root and tip, I think it is a tappered airfoil kind of a bear to scratch!

RE: Sun Fly 5 plans?
They fly great- smoother than the Sun Fli 3 or 4. I have built all of them (built 4 of 4's) and the 5 is great. For a few years Bridi was kitting each of these again but they haven't been picked up by the new folks selling Bridi designs. Might be worth a call to Sheldons, they were a big distributor of Bridi kits and may have some left- they were however selling what was left on ebay so they may be gone.

RE: Sun Fly 5 plans?
The Five seems to have a higher aspect ratio wing. It is just longer and skinnier than any of the other Bridi planes.
If anyone would be willing to just give me some measurements, I think I can just scratch one.
Dimensions I would need:
Wingspan
Root chord
Tip chord
Fuselage length
Nose length (from leading edge to spinner ring)
With those dimensions I could take care of the rest. I am sure the airfoil must be around an 18% symmetrical. I could just use the same one from my Killer Chaos.
I have my own way of building these box fuselages anyway and it is superior to the original design by Bridi. Much easier to build straight and true.

Thanks for the photo, vg!
So, does the V have an aspect ratio greater than the Kaos? Is the fuselage longer, too?
The odd thing about the RCM version of the III is that the photo on the first page of the article shows a dorsal fin extending off the vertical fin, just like the IV has. The plans don't show it, but include that subfin instead.
