I just had to share this with you guys. I had been perplexed on how to use a side exaust engine with a vintage pattern design that had the pipe running down the backbone. I have always preferred using new engines. Well, I contacted a guy in Canada, Karl Mueller, who makes wrap around headers for the 2 meter guys. He asked for specific dimentions and presto... here it is! This one is on my Rossi .67. Should work out great for my future ballistic ships!!!

Karl is a class guy. I've known him since I was a kid as I grew up and flew pattern in Ontario. I've bought many of his headers over the years and the quality of his products is consistently top notch.

Truly beautiful, but why not just buy a YS 61 LS with rear exhaust. I flew one for two years before going 4 stroke, and it was a real stump puller. Just had to get good at replacing rear bearins, but probably the best idling, and best transitioning engine I have ever run. [sm=49_49.gif]
