Default Dave Brown

I saw a familiar face at the JR Indoor Electric Festival today. I didn’t know Dave Brown was an accomplished RC helicopter pilot. He was doing slow rolls and inverted hovers with his electric T-Rex, all with the finesse of a classic pattern pilot. And he’s only been flying helicopters since February.

I mentioned our forum to Dave, and he’s well aware of the BPA. We talked Tiporares a little. He’s still got one that’s essentially ready to fly. Others are hanging in various museums.

Within the next year or so, Dave intends to get more active in RC again. He’s studying up on Indoor Pattern or F3P. This intrigued me. Foamies are my other passion.
