This is from "Uncle Willies" plans service who offer many plans on disc for printing out. Plans are generally very well drawn.

The magazine shown does not in fact contain the plan/article for the Phoenix. It was published in the July and August 1965 issues of RCM. I can supply a pdf scan of the articles should anyone be interested.

I bought those Uncle Willie plans a while back. He emails you a 200dpi .TIF file. He does a great job of re-drawing and re-arranging the parts. Some of those old plans had the parts overlapping to fit them on the sheet. If you ever want to scratch build a Taurus or an Astro Hog, I recommend using his plans. All the ribs and parts are organized for making templates; it takes a lot of the work out of building from the original plans. He also draws both wing panels where the originals only showed one.
