Personally, I like the Goldberg snap-on ones.

What's wrong with a 5', 103lb blonde??

Anyway, spinners... Depends a bit on what you want to spend. Tru-Turn are the pattern standard, but they cost like it, too. I like the plastic ones that use screws to hold them together, Du-Bro I believe? I've never had any luck with the snap on ones myself.

i was meaning an aluminum style/polished type of pattern spinner. i thought they were a little more tapered (elongated?) than a std spinner.

This is the Great Planes aluminum spinner I wanted but is not available until late December(read the first of February 2008), http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXK234&P=ML. I ordered this one, http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXEBE6&P=ML , and was surprised that, for the money, it was not a bad spinner. And it is lighter in weight.

The F3A style are shorter and stubbier than the standard ones. If you want a pointier one, look at the Ultimate style ones.
