Default Pipe mounting

I know this may fit better in "Kit building" or something, but I've looked high and low and found nothing.
I'd like to see some pictures of how you guys mount tuned pipes. I've got a MAC flex for my YS 110, and it uses a tie wrap mount stuck (no screws) to the tunnel and then I have to tie wrap it everytime I fly.
There's got to be better mounting ways & tips somewhere. How hot do these pipes get? Any help please?
Thanks.
