anyone know where to get an old prather panther? haven't been kitted in a long time but someone must have one somewhere!

I am looking for information on a Prather Panther 25cc engine I (its in a boat). Tune-ups specs (carb settings, plug type, and gap) Any info would be greatly appriciated.
