What is it?

It's definitely a Bob Smith T2-A (Mk I) kit. Looks like the canopy is missing and it has been started. Makes a very nice airplane. I was fortunate enough to get an untouched original kit several weeks ago, but paid a good bit more. If you like, I can scan the instructions for mine and send them to you.

70's Flyer,
It is indeed a T2A MK I. This plane was designed by Tom Atkins and your flavor was kitted by Bob Smith.. The same company that makes some excellent glue products these days....I still kit this plane though not with the glass wings... a good idea that was just WAY too time intensive.... if you need any help getting yours in the air, just let me know and I'll be happy to help out.
