I was given an unfinished bridi Deception and have finished it and put a OS 91 FX and 14x6 prop as i set it up and used what i would was reasonable throws on it and test flyed it was a bit of a dog to fly as low speed (30 to 40 mph)it drop wings and wobble around so could someone help with C of G,Prop,Throws etc as i been told it is a great flyer.

Here is a section of the plans showing the balance point, which is at the fuselage side. It sounds like it's a bit on the heavy side. There are others here flying Deceptions. I'm sure they'll chime in with good starting points for the throws. But, low rate ballpark figures would be something like: 3/16" to 1/4" both ways for ailerons; 3/8" to 1/2" each way for elevator; and 1 1/2" or more for rudder.
