That's an early model, at least 30yrs old I would guess. Probably pretty rare.

This OPS engine was the king for the "speed" control line (can't remember the exact name of the class) that has set many world records. Very hard and rare engine to find in any condition. Given this engine is NIB and still has the factory spinner that is uncut..... it is a prized engine for collectors. $1200 dollars worth..... not for me.... but someone felt it is worth it.

a couple of yrs ago at the Perry swap meet i heard a control line exhibition going on in the distance. the noise from the speed cl was insane. by the time i got over there it was over. i would have liked to have seen it despite the fact that i have no interest in cl.
