Looking for a spray booth in CT

The place I intended to shoot my clear coat on the Perigee is no longer available.
Although I shot the color in my workshop, it is woefully inadequate to shoot a clear coat. Does anyone in the CT area have a booth set-up that would work?
Much appreciated if you would let me visit to paint. I'll bring beer.

I was wondering who the Crazy Man behind me in the Volvo SW then I saw your plate. You dont see that many race wagons around.
It's too bad that the company sold our spray booth in Branford last year as a downsizing move. Used to do a lot of goverment jobs in there.
Hope to see your Perigee at the field soon it looks sweeeeeeet (tater).
Peace

That was me behind that Mustang. He went up Ray Hill and we stayed on 82 and he was at the corner waiting NaNa Na.
The Crazy Man defination is like: if you drive fast cars and fly old time pattern planes you must be a Crazy Man.

OK, I'm a crazy man.
FYI - broke 2 driveshaft bolts on my GTO last week.
I still need a place to spray. Hate to try it in the garage, dust city.

Ok Nick,
Been a while but here's what I do down here on the Gulf Coast since I have way too MUCH Moisture for good clearcoat. I found me a rather "oversized" Bathtub/Shower stall combination. I used Plexiglass to seal the top and silcon to seal the DOOR good. Obviously, you must use a good respirator, but you can not only control temp, but NO DUST or Mosqitoe, fly or Candle bug foot prints on the masterpiece. I have a very inexpensive paint boot that works on these "oldtime" Pattern ships. Doesn't take up alot of room, but sure is functional.
FWIW....
Oh yeah, "whiskey,Beer and Everclear.... makes for a very SMOOOOOOTH finish on the Clearcoating.... ;-)

Nick,
Ill take some when I get home. I've been running OTR for over a year so my modeling time has gone away! I'm in process of getting a "Multi-PLex "Acromaster" to go in my truck (electric) so I can still play Airplane now and then...<BOSEG> I bought the wood for a "PP" over a year ago and simply have NOT had any time at home to build. I wantto get it going as well, as It would be a "SHOW" stopper in the rest area's and Larger Truckstops! MVVS .15 RE aught to make it quite the "HUMMER"...GFETE.
I found this photo and will post here, my unit is like the large one on the "RIGHT" of the photo. This also gives you a bit of insight as to how you can install it. Exhaust possiblities and insulating it for temp control, which in your country will be an issue as well. HTH...

Now is there enough room to get into the "shower" with the door closed and still have room to spray, like a wing? And does the dust swirl in when you open the door to get out?
