Default Compensator CG

Hi all, I have a Compensator with many flights, but I would like to fine tune the C.G., I don't have the plans, does anyone know the C.G. location?

Thanks Larry

Larry,

Plan shows balance point at 4.35 inches back from leading edge at wing root.

RFJ. Here you go. Looks like 4 3/8" form leading edge, O degrees incidence.

I don't think we'll argue over 0.025"

Thanks guys for the info, the plane just does not want to hold a nice attitude on landing so I want to re-check the C.G. I flew a Compensator in pattern contests back in the late 1970's (I still have the plane) My Father and I built and new one in the mid 90's and it still flies great, it's powered by a YS-110. Now we fly turbine jets and use the Compensator for practice. There is nothing better than a clean pattern ship and a screaming .60 with a pipe.

Thanks again for your help,

Larry
