Source for Escape wing/stab (foam)
Here are the suppliers I will be using for my project:
Plans: (PM) me for my source including Bill Cunningham modifications.
Wing/Stab: Eureka Aircraft, Don The cost of the (1) pound CNC cut foam wing/stab will be about $65 including shipping.
Canopy: BlueJay in Nebraska has the canopy made of epoxy glass for $25 plus shipping.
Wood: Good luck...I will try custom selected SIG (from SIG) contest grade first then Balsa USA in Wisconsin.
Motor: YS .61 AR (long stroke) with Hatori header and pipe.
Retracts: Robart Manufacturing is based in St. Charles, IL...my primary model airplane field of the gods is in St. Charles, IL...I really should use Robart retracts. I have been pleased and currently have models with MK, Supra, Pro-Line, Great Planes (curiously similar to the Supra)
Radio: Okay...Futaba
Project start date: Summer 2009
